1 What You'll Work On
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and live chat with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Helping customers with order tracking, product recommendations, and resolving any issues with clear, thoughtful communication.
- Following established workflows while using good judgement to create delightful customer experiences.
- Collaborating with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely follow-up.
- Contributing ideas to help us continuously improve the customer journey.
2 What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in eCommerce or retail customer service.
- Excellent written English with the ability to convey warmth, clarity, and professionalism in every message.
- Problem-solving mindset – you stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions.
- Attention to detail – you catch the small things that make a big difference.
- Reliable setup – strong internet connection and availability to respond promptly during assigned hours.
- Bonus: A genuine interest in home décor, lifestyle products, or the Pinterest/homeware space.
